Suasa Efektif (M) Sdn Bhd commenced its business in 1999 and has, to date, managed a 25-year concession agreement awarded by the Selangor State Government for the standardization of parking areas in six local councils in Selangor namely; Shah Alam City Council (MBSA); Selayang Municipal Council (MPS); Kajang Municipal Council (MPKj); Ampang Jaya Council (MPAJ); Sepang Municipal Council (MPSp); and Kuala Selangor District Council (MDKS).
